Our Program:

The New Mexico Climate Investment Center is launching a new program to collaborate with residential contractors and provide affordable financing options for energy upgrades. NMCIC’s RISE NM program connects New Mexico homeowners with financial support for energy efficiency and sustainable energy improvements.
RISE NM offers unsecured loans at reasonable rates for efficient HVAC, insulation, roofing, solar, and other upgrades. RISE NM reviews licensed contractors who perform the work and provides tools to access additional federal and utility incentives.
Contractors can expand their business and access financial and technical resources by joining the RISE trusted contractor network. Joining RISE NM’s contractor network is free, with no dealer fees.
